Plezzel. We’re a platform and service that helps you build relationships to grow your business.
Born in Geelong, we began by simply solving a problem. From here, we ventured through the digital evolution and developed an online lead management and marketing automation software currently used by thousands of Australian real estate agents. Our products provide the time-saving and marketing tools agents need to get more listings, grow their rent roll and build better relationships with their prospects.
The Plezzel team prides itself on being innovative, collaborative and efficient. We are driven by excellence and quality, with a strong focus on integrity. We understand that you work hard for your data and that’s why our promise is to never on sell your data to third parties!
We pay our respects to and acknowledge the cultural authority of Wadawurrung Traditional Owners of the Land on which Plezzel lives, learns, works and plays.
Meet team Plezzel
Whether it’s waves or the web, there’s no doubting Greg’s surfing expertise. As CEO of Plezzel, Greg brings with him a wealth of digital experience across multiple industry sectors, including Telecommunications, Finance, Banking, Utilities and the Public Sector.
Greg has extensive online knowledge having been involved in the early days of Telstra’s BigPond Platform and MelbourneIT online domain name solution. He’s also developed digital mobile products for Three Mobile, a digital content analytics solution for Vodafone International and led the development that launched Australia’s first digital bank Ubank.com.au. Phew! No wonder he’s our techy visionary!
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in IT, with a Postgraduate qualification in software engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Planning and Design. Greg’s real passion besides surfing is property, which led him to start up Real Estate Bookings (now known as Plezzel) in 2011.

Logical, methodical, analytical – these couldn’t be more spot-on when it comes to defining our COO/CFO, and doesn’t Cecille know it! With over 20 years of professional experience gained across many industry sectors including banking, finance, manufacturing, retail and real estate, Cecille is one truly dedicated and motivated individual. Having worked in the UK and the Netherlands, as well as at home here in Australia, Cecille draws on her wealth of knowledge as an Accountant, Business Analyst and Project Manager.
She’s never more comfortable than when she’s leading a team or overseeing projects, unless there’s a glass of champagne involved of course. She is also a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and is passionate about creating great customer experiences and continuous improvement.
She also comes to the business armed with buckets of passion for property investing and an extensive knowledge of business development, so it’s no surprise to us that Cecille and Plezzel are a match made in heaven – we’re definitely in capable hands.

Brad JonesSales Manager
As an agile, quick-thinking sales and marketing guy who has worked for large international businesses, Brad brings deep experience in business consulting and strategy and profound respect for what it takes to achieve an objective through strategy and execution.
Brad has worked with some of the biggest global brands. Brands such as Nike, Ford, Nokia and Hewlett-Packard in the B2C market, along with some of the worlds most trusted brands in the industrial and medical markets within the B2B environment.
His academic credentials are as impressive as his love for camping, fishing, and 4WD’ing. With a Master of Commercial Law and Master of Business Administration, Brad is well qualified to help our customers successfully navigate the complex world and business.
Mitchell SkinnerDigital Account Manager
In his previous customer service role, Mitchell describes himself as everyone’s go-to man for their IT support, hence why we needed him on our team. That, and the fact he’s honest, dedicated and so passionate about propelling his technology
skills that he’s going to be studying his certificate IV in IT while working with Plezzel. Phew, go Mitchell!
Also, as a keen volunteer on charitable events, including the Million Paws Walk, awww, we also reckon he’s a particularly
caring guy, which we think is an ideal quality when building strong, positive and genuine relationships with our clients.
We’re excited to see how his newfound skills elevates and challenges our business.
Ben FenwickClient Support Lead
When it comes to providing excellent customer support and straightforward, accurate guidance, Ben is at the top of his game. Joining Plezzel as our Client support Lead, he brings with him a wealth of dynamic experience thanks to his various client centric roles at IBM – we’re looking forward to commandeering this knowledge!
Heading up a successful team is also one of Ben’s core objectives, so we’re confident that his mentoring, training and full support of our crew will ensure our company’s values are always adhered to.
It’s fair to say Ben is one determined and motivated fella, and this is further demonstrated by his back packing experiences and securing his own home before the grand age of 23! It might be worth commandeering his real estate knowledge too!

Reliable and extremely dedicated, Anushka prides himself on being an effective communicator and problem solver. Always eager to help and put in that extra effort to provide a high level of support while building strong customer relationships.
Joining Plezzel as a Support Analyst equiped with a Bachelors Degree in Computer and Information Science and certified in PRINCE2® and ITIL®, Anushka comes from Operations, Technical Support and Reports Development backgrounds. Anushka has experience working with service providers in Digitisation and Document Management Solutions, Transport Compliance Solutions, Food Safety and Compliance Solutions as well as Student Management solutions. Providing the best level of support to customers and learning new skills and technologies is of utmost importance to Anushka.
An adult fan of Lego with a love for big cats, Anushka has been traveling to South Africa at every opportunity he gets to volunteer with organizations that are devoted to the conservation of big cats.
Kristina BlanksbyMarketing Manager
Working in marketing across real estate, property, and development for most of her career Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge from the customer side to Plezzel.
She has over 15 years’ experience across brand strategy, digital, research and customer experience. But her favourite part is relationship marketing and linking it to the online world of re-targeting and customisation.
Originally from the USA, living in Colorado, Indiana and Florida, she moved to Australia in 2007 and has also completed her MBA at Deakin University in 2011, with a specialisation in Marketing research.
On the weekends you will likely find her enjoying outdoor activities with her kids and husband, or at the racetrack or another fun social event enjoying champagne with friends.

Leading Plezzel’s digital marketing team, Rachael brings with her years of experience in technology and project management and leadership.
Working on a diverse range of complex customer projects and technology implementations, she has a real passion for the customer journey and improving on user experience.
Rachael has managed and delivered a collection of marketing platforms, including eCommerce, digital asset management and MIS. Leading with experience, with a focus on development, onboarding customers, training and process improvement.
When she does switch off, she’s a keen landscape photographer, loves the outdoors, camping and hiking and even dabbles in the garden growing veggies.

With a Bachelor of Public Relations and a variety of client-facing digital marketing positions under her belt, Brooke is a keen communicator who loves nothing more than achieving great results for her clients.
Brooke understands how fast digital is moving and is always excited to learn the latest and greatest ways to achieve successful results online.
Brooke is an outgoing, hard-working member of the Plezzel team who also enjoys a laugh and will never turn down a bit of banter in the office.
When she isn’t in the office, Brooke loves nothing more than keeping fit and exploring the great outdoors. Whether it is a spontaneous road trip down the coast, sampling the menu of a new eatery or tackling a new hike, Brooke gets a kick out of new adventures.
Brooke also loves playing team sport, showing her competitive side in a game of footy, basketball or netball.
Ashley JonesDigital Marketing Assistant
Adding to our growing Digital Marketing team, Ash brings a wealth of customer service experience and interpersonal skills. Having previously volunteered in classrooms at Iris Global Orphanage and School in Mozambique, Ash has a worldly perspective and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
With solid communication skills and an approachable personality, Ash is your first point of call for all things creative!
In her spare time, you will find Ash painting/drawing/illustrating or visiting her favourite art galleries. We know who to go to for the next Archibald Prize winner!
Liam BrockettDigital Marketing Assistant
With a background working in Digital Marketing and Communications, Liam joins the Plezzel team as our newest Digital Marketing Assistant.
Liam has a Bachelor of Journalism from La Trobe University and has studied internationally spending time at Butler University, Indianapolis. Liam is now continuing his studies in Digital Marketing at Swinburne University.
Quick to have a laugh and share a joke, Liam is a keen communicator and team player in our Plezzel office.
An amateur wine enthusiast, Liam has a background in the wine industry with a nose for good wine. When he’s not in the office, you can find him on the soccer pitch with his team FC Leopold.
Kerry is a CPA qualified accountant enjoying life on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula! Having worked in a variety of sectors, including large corporate entities, public practice, small business and local government, she brings with her a wealth of experience.
Kerry loves spending time outdoors, at the beach, and camping with her family. She always has a smile on her face, thanks to her great sense of humour and positive outlook on life. Our distinguished accountant has been an invaluable addition to the team at Plezzel; what would we do without her!

Kate has been lucky enough to write for many publications throughout her extensive career, including lifestyle titles, entertainment magazines and professional journals both in her home country New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. She’s written about everything from showbiz gossip to dental politics to Italian cooking, but has loved the past decade when she’s specialized in writing and editing for top New Zealand interior titles. In fact, it’s possible she may have loved the past decade a little too much, with many of the items featured in the magazines having reappeared in her own home!

Renaissa TeeLegal Copy Writer
We are over the moon to have discovered the talents and entrepreneurial skills of Renaissa. Having completed a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Bachelor of Commerce (BCom, Marketing), we are thrilled to include her in our Plezzel team. Renaissa assists us with drafting our external and in-house legal documents as well as blog article writing to maintain and increase our digital presence.
Whilst studying, Renaissa founded and co-created a mobile app, FlipStrip, which helped users create personalised GIFs by editing individual frames with text, stamps and filters for use on Facebook and Instagram. On top of overseeing promotional techniques to derive the maximum efficacy of the social media campaign, Renaissa had to overcome a number of licensing obstacles. Fortunately, her IP law knowledge helped her to research precedent and statutory law to find a solution. Wow, we’re impressed!
Renaissa’s role at JPH Lawyers as a Lawyer (Head of Property) saw her executing property settlements and providing legal advice on contracts relating to property and corporate law. It must come as no surprise that we love to tap into her knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.

The real estate industry is rapidly transforming to digital. Gone are the days when an agent would drive a client around the local area. We know real estate agents do not respond to every enquiry made on a property, so in 2011 we identified an opportunity to use technology to replace many of the manual processes that are not applied consistently.
With the major source of enquiry now via online websites, real estate is fast becoming a 24/7 business. Our own analytics indicate that 70 percent of property enquiries come into the office outside of business hours. Within our team we refer to the hours of 7pm – 11pm, Monday to Friday as ‘digital peak hour’.
