Plezzel. We’re a platform and service that helps you build relationships to grow your business.
Born in Geelong, we began by simply solving a problem. From here, we ventured through the digital evolution and developed an online lead management and marketing automation software currently used by thousands of Australian real estate agents. Our products provide the time-saving and marketing tools agents need to get more listings, grow their rent roll and build better relationships with their prospects.
The Plezzel team prides itself on being innovative, collaborative and efficient. We are driven by excellence and quality, with a strong focus on integrity. We understand that you work hard for your data and that’s why our promise is to never on sell your data to third parties!
Meet team Plezzel
Whether it’s waves or the web, there’s no doubting Greg’s surfing expertise. As CEO of Plezzel, Greg brings with him a wealth of digital experience across multiple industry sectors, including Telecommunications, Finance, Banking, Utilities and the Public Sector.
Greg has extensive online knowledge having been involved in the early days of Telstra’s BigPond Platform and MelbourneIT online domain name solution. He’s also developed digital mobile products for Three Mobile, a digital content analytics solution for Vodafone International and led the development that launched Australia’s first digital bank Ubank.com.au. Phew! No wonder he’s our techy visionary!
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in IT, with a Postgraduate qualification in software engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Planning and Design. Greg’s real passion besides surfing is property, which led him to start up Real Estate Bookings (now know as Plezzel) in 2011.

Logical, methodical, analytical – these couldn’t be more spot-on when it comes to defining our COO/CFO, and doesn’t Cecille know it! With over 20 years of professional experience gained across many industry sectors including banking, finance, manufacturing, retail and real estate, Cecille is one truly dedicated and motivated individual. Having worked in the UK and the Netherlands, as well as at home here in Australia, Cecille draws on her wealth of knowledge as an Accountant, Business Analyst and Project Manager.
She’s never more comfortable than when she’s leading a team or overseeing projects, unless there’s a glass of champagne involved of course. She is also a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and is passionate about creating great customer experiences and continuous improvement.
She also comes to the business armed with buckets of passion for property investing and an extensive knowledge of business development, so it’s no surprise to us that she and Plezzel are a match made in heaven – we’re definitely in capable hands.

Andrew has been working in the digital space for a while now, dating back to when Netscape was the browser of choice, Myspace was cool and Ask Jeeves was the go to search engine. Working in pure online companies such as melbourneit.com.au, realestate.com.au and major corporations such as NAB and Telstra, Andrew has extensive experience in software development and understands what is required to ship a quality user experience and realise a positive business outcome. Along the journey, Andrew has worked in digital agencies engaging with SME clients to build their brand using digital marketing techniques such as SEO, paid media, analytics, social sentiment analysis, personalisation and A/B testing.
With everything now mobile first, Andrew has a passion for software development using the latest technologies required to build the next generation of killer apps. As CTO of Plezzel, his responsibility is to deliver quality product and keep ahead of the game.
Sophie AnapliotisClient Success Manager
For the last eight years, Sophie has successfully managed business development and growth of the rent roll for a number of well-known real estate agencies, giving her tremendous insight and experience into every aspect of the property industry. Therefore, her role with us a Customer Success Manager seems to be the natural progression in her upward journey as she races to the top of her game.
We know Sophie’s passion for a challenge and honest approach when it comes to understanding customer’s values will be at the core of everything she does for us. We also know the office’s four-legged mascots will be in good hands thanks to her certificate in Canine Behaviour & Training. Maybe she can train them to fetch the coffees?

Mikki is a remarkable catch that we’re pretty happy to have netted, as she brings to Plezzel a strong interest for social media and an unfathomable passion for ensuring client satisfaction. Here at Plezzel, we’re feeling a little more cultured and arty thanks to Lou, our Digital Marketing Assistant. Her extraordinary photographic talent combined with a passion for graphic design has lead her down a creative and innovative digital media path, making her the perfect fit for our team!
In fact, her previous position as a graphic design consultant working with real estate clients makes her so perfectly matched to Plezzel, we’re convinced things happen for a reason! Then there’s her customer and networking experiences while studying consumer behaviour at university and holding various project management roles. Phew, all our boxes are well and truly ticked!
Lou is also a keen member of her local calisthenics club. Look it up if you’re unsure, we did!

As the front of house for two major real estate agencies dealing with customer inquiries, Lucy’s various client-facing roles, such as an administrator and receptionist, has seen her pretty much involved with every aspect of the property marketing minefield, from organising photo shoots and brochures, to attending open inspections and auctions. This extensive background knowledge of the inner-workings of the property world, plus her strong customer service experience, naturally made Lucy our no. 1 choice to head up our administration, ensuring that we stay on the ball and in ship shape condition.
What’s more, we couldn’t pass by the opportunity of having someone on the team with top baking skills (we’re hoping her five years working for a successful bakery paid off). No pressure Lucy!

Hudson CassidyJunior Developer
Loaded with bags of enthusiasm, Hudson is our junior developer who is focused on driving Plezzel onward and, most importantly, upward. Having recently graduated from RMIT in Computer Science, where he, impressively, took advance electives in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, Hudson’s IT knowledge is second to none, and we’re pretty sure he’ll be teaching us a techy thing or two.
As well as being familiar with the keys of the computer, Hudson is pretty familiar with piano keys too, having played it for the last 12 years and performed in musicals such as Miss Saigon. However, constantly devising new programmes and experimenting with software tools is where is passion truly lies, which is why we know exciting times lie ahead for Plezzel now that Hudson is amongst our ranks.
Oliver NecovskiClient Support Lead
Operating in an environment that faces constant technological challenges, Plezzel is delighted to welcome to the fold Oliver, thanks to his IT degree majoring in security. We couldn’t be more calmed to know he will be at the realm as our Client Support Lead, putting his expert knowledge to good use and demonstrating his interest for unravelling tricky problems with innovative solutions.
What’s more, Oliver’s lengthy stint in the retail world has equipped him with strong customer service skills, so his role at Plezzel was a natural fit. We’re confident our clients will be fully supported and nurtured under his helpful supervision. Oh, and if you speak Macedonian, he’ll be happy to converse.

Ben FenwickClient Support Lead
When it comes to providing excellent customer support and straightforward, accurate guidance, Ben is at the top of his game. Joining Plezzel as our Client support Lead, he brings with him a wealth of dynamic experience thanks to his various client centric roles at IBM – we’re looking forward to commandeering this knowledge!
Heading up a successful team is also one of Ben’s core objectives, so we’re confident that his mentoring, training and full support of our crew will ensure our company’s values are always adhered to.
It’s fair to say Ben is one determined and motivated fella, and this is further demonstrated by his back packing experiences and securing his own home before the grand age of 23! It might be worth commandeering his real estate knowledge too!
It’s always reassuring to know that your finances are in safe hands, and at REB we couldn’t feel more reassured. Bringing with him over 30 years of local and international experience across all facets of accounting, David is our astute money-man.
A man of strong ethics and integrity, David has been a committee member on various non-profit organisations, he holds a membership with an internationally recognised accounting body, and he continues to forge on with his CPD through courses and voluntary accountancy roles. So you can be sure we’ll be picking his methodical brain when we’re having a monetary meltdown.

As a highly experienced Business Analyst and Business Architect, Stephen brings to Plezzel a proven track record of problem management and resolution to achieve key objectives.
Stephen’s customer focus is top priority and he’s committed to quality outcomes that ensure an understanding of customer needs to deliver what they want, that’s why he’s the best man for our Support/Business Analyst role, assisting with Customer Support queries and definition of product solutions to keep us ahead of the game.

Kate loves writing and she loves interiors which leaves her perfectly positioned as our copywriter.
Kate has been lucky enough to write for many publications throughout her extensive career, including lifestyle titles, entertainment magazines and professional journals both in her home country New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. She’s written about everything from showbiz gossip to dental politics to Italian cooking, but has loved the past decade when she’s specialized in writing and editing for top New Zealand interior titles. In fact, it’s possible she may have loved the past decade a little too much, with many of the items featured in the magazines having reappeared in her own home!
Having recently moved to Australia, Kate is delighted to bring her passion for everything home-related to her job with Plezzel.

Renaissa TeeLegal Copy Writer
We are over the moon to have discovered the talents and entrepreneurial skills of Renaissa. Having completed a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Bachelor of Commerce (BCom, Marketing), we are thrilled to include her in our Plezzel team. Renaissa assists us with drafting our external and in-house legal documents as well as blog article writing to maintain and increase our digital presence.
Whilst studying, Renaissa founded and co-created a mobile app, FlipStrip, which helped users create personalised GIFs by editing individual frames with text, stamps and filters for use on Facebook and Instagram. On top of overseeing promotional techniques to derive the maximum efficacy of the social media campaign, Renaissa had to overcome a number of licensing obstacles. Fortunately, her IP law knowledge helped her to research precedent and statutory law to find a solution. Wow, we’re impressed!
Renaissa’s recent role at Lincolns Lawyers & Consultants saw her independently executing property settlements, as well as reviewing and summarising contracts relating to property and corporate law. It must come as no surprise that we love to tap into her knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.

We know real estate agents do not respond to every enquiry made on a property, so in 2011 we identified an opportunity to use technology to replace many of the manual processes that are not applied consistently.

Our own analytics indicate that 70 percent of property enquiries come into the office outside of business hours.
