Over the last couple weeks we have seen a dramatic increase in listings coming through our platform and what’s been more exciting is that the average days on market for our customers is now 12 days, a decrease of 37% since August.

With the Sydney market opening up, and Melbourne to follow shortly, we see things getting even busier. Last month we saw over 220,000 buyers through our platform, and a lot of them have homes to sell based on our automated technology that segments out the potential future vendors.

But I must say I am most proud of our private inspection booking application and our team that helped our clients create a way for buyers and agents to work through the Private Inspection bookings process. With over 3,000 buyers using the application last month, which saved over 220 hours for our clients. Again we look forward to what the next month will bring, and helping our clients create automated digital journeys that help their businesses grow.
