Plezzel Digital Marketing Specialist

Plezzel Marketing Operations


The Plezzel Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Product/Marketing Manager and work with our Digital Designer, Digital Marketing Specialists, CEO, and Sales Team helping maintain and manage the Plezzel Omni-channel experiences to create profitable marketing, sales, and service strategies.

Supporting the growth mindset marketing strategy to identify marketing channels, campaign solutions and innovative ideas that will efficiently drive new customers to the brand and increase revenue.


  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with digital content Strategy for distribution on our social media platforms, Website, Blogs and EDMs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing manager on Social Calendar and Campaign Management to ensure content is planned in advance.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager and Digital Designer on the Plezzel’s WordPress-based marketing website.
  • Contributing to and executing long-term organic and paid media strategies for the business.
  • Overseeing continued optimisation of paid search campaigns.
  • Reporting on campaign performance across channels.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor research.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with Competitor Research, Campaign Reporting, Campaign management, Sales/Marketing CRM List Management and Campaign strategy.
  • Supporting the Product, Marketing, Sales and Digital Marketing team with any ad hoc projects and admin tasks.

Supporting and publishing the Plezzel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Social Posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Targeted Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Google Display and Google Search Campaigns
  • Email Marketing (EDMs)
  • Blogs
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Team with Client Ads, when they need the support


Located in Geelong, but with the current environment, we are working remotely most of the time. We have daily team stand-ups and where possible face to face team catch-ups. NO recruiters please, or overseas outsourcing, at Plezzel we work to keep our digital Team “Australian local”.


  • An undergraduate (or Comparable) qualification in Marketing, Design, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Previous work experience in a similar industry or role. (min 2/3 year).
  • Experience using email marketing and management software (e.g. Mailchimp).
  • Intermediate experience in using Google Workspace.
  • Intermediate experience with Google SEO, Display and Reporting.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of various social media platforms like Linkedin, Google and Facebook/Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of business-level writing.
  • CRM list management experience ( e.g. Zoho ).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong Copywriting skills and experience.
  • Proven digital work experience: content publishing, and digital advertising.
  • Basic Experience in the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products (Illustrator, InDesign, Biteable, Canva etc.)


  • Previous experience in the real estate industry

  • Ability to represent the business in a professional manner.
