The role focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. You will be efficient in connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits.
This role is all about driving business growth and moving leads through the sales pipeline. You will connect and learn about our prospect’s business and needs. If a prospect is a good fit, you will schedule the next steps with sales representatives higher in the organisation.
You will be adept at utilising your soft skills to meet hard targets across a range of value metrics developed to strengthen client engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within digital marketing, and preferably an intimate knowledge of the real estate industry with a detailed strong customer focus, great project management skills, and proven ability to effectively connect with a range of people.
This role will ideally suit a strong communicator with a serious love of organizing, that is results-focused with high attention to detail and innovative thinking. You’ll need to have a balance of technical expertise, passion for deployment and client onboarding, and a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by businesses when introducing new software and processes. We have a professional management, production and IT team that you will actively work with and contribute to in order to achieve your targets and the team’s targets.
- Nurture and convert leads to sales to strategically grow market share

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with:
- 1-2+ years of experience working in a IT solutions sales role
- Extensive technical sales experience in enterprise middleware, social media and client onboarding
- Excellent understanding of our technologies and offerings; ability to understand customer business issues and technology requirements
- Ability to produce a narrative to customers around a specific set of portfolio solutions that meet business objectives
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate business operations and technology
- Good communication and technical skills that enable customer relationship development at administration, commercial, and executive levels
- Balance of strategic, tactical, technical, and creative thinking skills
- Truly collaborative team player
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An absolute passion for what you do
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
