The Challenge

The RT Edgar Bellarine team were asked to list a prestigious property located on 10 acres adjacent to the coast with an Expression of Interest over four weeks. The property was listed on the RT Edgar website and major Australian property portals. After first week of the campaign, the leads generated were low, and the RT Edgar team wanted to generate more leads and enquiries to maximise the result for their vendors.

The Solution

Plezzel was asked to create a lead generated campaign using our Marketing Suite to accelerate the promotion of the property. Our team created a lead generation campaign which promoted the property to key target audiences in Facebook and Instagram. As is standard with Plezzel’s digital marketing campaigns, the targeting included our proprietary targeting that would expose this prestige property to in-the-market buyers and investors.
The Plezzel team used the property details available in the RTEdgar Bellarine platform to create a compelling buying experience for buyers.  Our creative featured the stunning attributes of the property and included AB testing of RT Edgar branded video and image ads.
We demonstrated the lead generation experience to Peter and the team at RD Edgar showing the frictionless lead generation experience: Facebook and Instagram engagement, lead upload to the RT Edgar CRM, and personalised email and SMS responses to all buyers.

Results

After the first 3 weeks of the campaign, the Plezzel Digital Ads solution generated 92% more leads than two of the major Australian property portals combined.
