The Challenge

A premium four bedroom, four bathroom property valued on the Sunshine Coast had been languishing on the market for five years with no sale. Ben Radcliff, the principal at Belle Property Noosa was asked by the vendors to list and sell the property and set about creating a property marketing campaign that would deliver a result for the vendor.

The Solution

Ben contacted Plezzel and asked us to create a Lead Generation campaign which promoted the luxurious apartment to affluent buyers across Australia using our advanced digital marketing platform.

Our team created a 28-day lead generation campaign on Facebook and Instagram, featuring both image and video ad units to promote the property. Our approach included targeting affluent buyers in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.

The campaign quickly started generating results and generated more leads than any other source, including the property portals and at a lower cost.
