Helping Belle Property Parramatta build local agent awareness

Having recently hired agent Matthew Formosa, Belle Property Parramatta wanted to build his local agent awareness among local homeowners. The goal was to increase Matthew’s vendor clientele at Belle Property Parramatta, while maintaining a relatively low campaign budget.

The Challenge

Belle Property Parramatta is a large, busy office with the region spanning 84km across Central Western Sydney. Having recently hired agent Matthew Formosa, the office wanted to build local agent awareness of Matthew among local homeowners. The goal was to increase Matthew’s vendor clientele at Belle Property Parramatta while maintaining a relatively low campaign budget.

 

The Solution

Plezzel developed a 3-month local agent awareness campaign for Matthew using engaging digital content based around leading topics. This includes recently sold and testimonial-based content. The campaign focused on:

  • Featuring extensive imagery of Matthew to increase agent familiarity among local homeowners.
  • Sharing monthly recently sold property carousels to local homeowners, to highlight Matthew’s positive achievements, involvement and activity in the area.
  • Highlighting Matthew’s key points of difference as an agent, encouraging local homeowners to consider him for potential future sales.

All leads captured were automatically uploaded into the agency CRM for segmenting and nurturing.

 

Results

Over the course of the campaign, Plezzel achieved:

  1. Significant increase in brand awareness, with social posts seen 93,294 times among 13,323 users within Matthew’s local BDA.
  2. Strong engagement at a low cost with 1,547 clicks at a cost per click of $0.58.
  3. Increasing the number of user’s viewing Matthew’s profile page on the Belle Property website.
  4. 297.5% increase in sessions (477 v. 120)
  5. 308.33% increase in new users (392 v. 96)
  6. 200% increase in total goal conversions (clicked phone number, email address, outbound links)
  7. Automated database growth
  8. Local clients commenting that they continue to see Matthew’s posts online.
