McGrath Central Coast group is a large agency with 6 offices along the Central Coast NSW. The Plezzel team created a custom enquiry response and email nurturing system for the McGrath Central Coast residential business. This includes enabling automatic upload of all leads into the agency CRM which allowed McGrath Central Coast to follow the customer journey and generate more vendor and investor appraisals.
