With over 70 staff and a large sales team located in 4 offices, Harcourts Rata & Co were looking for an improved buyer experience for their property campaigns, and for a cutting-edge solution to help their team be more efficient. As a real estate group part of a global network, it was important that the solution was enterprise-grade and promoted the Harcourts brand.

The Solution

The Plezzel team met with the Harcourts Rata & Co directors who shared their vision for a buyer experience which nurtured prospects through each and every property campaign. Lead by our UX experts, we designed a custom solution for which set a high benchmark in customer experience for the Harcourts brand.

The buyer experience started with a custom designed Harcourts enquiry response email which is aligned with the Harcourts style guide. Every step in the buyer lifecycle was covered, including Enquiry, Open Home invitations, Auction Reminders, and Sales notifications.

Using artificial intelligence we automated the customer journey to make sure targeted buyers received a contract immediately with the enquiry, were referred to a conveyancer/mortgage broker, and were provided with rich information regarding the property.

The solution made sure vendors were kept engaged throughout their campaigns with easy-to-understand reports about open home attendees and campaign results. All done by the agent using the Plezzel Mobile App.

A comprehensive reporting solution was included to provide insights on all enquiries with detailed information on the most popular channels.
