Unique Buyer Experience for Marshall White Projects

Marshall White Projects selected Plezzel to enhance their Project buyer experience. Plezzel provides Project Marketing automation across buyer touchpoints in a campaign.

The Plezzel Project Marketing module is used by Marshall White Projects to provide inbound marketing for over 50+ large scale projects.

The platform manages thousands of buyer enquiries monthly by providing automated buyer enquiry response and lead upload into their CRM.

The Challenge

Marshall White projects team wanted to have multiple inbound enquiry design options to respond to buyer enquiries. Projects have a custom brand, design, color palette and style guide and the goal was to ensure the inbound marketing response matched project style guide requirements whilst ensuring lead capture into their CRM. Analytics also needed to be provided.

The Solution

Working closely with the client, the Plezzel team redesigned their enquiry process to support project style guide requirements. With multiple projects operating in parallel, our team developed an ‘easy to use’ solution for the Marshall White Project marketing team to manage the enquiry response and upload unique project email design/s into the platform.

All other processes were preserved such as automated lead upload into the CRM, automated reporting and project analytics.

Results

The platform can now support custom email designs across 50+ projects all being marketed in parallel. This provides confidence from Marshall White project clients (i.e. developers) in ensuring marketing design and their preferred buyer experience is consistent across the buyer journey.
