In a world where public open homes and public auctions are not possible due to COVID-19 health measures, it is important that real estate agents can continue to show potential buyers through their listings.  We want to help Agents to continue to “do business” over this period and the private inspection feature helps progress buyers through the sales cycle.

Social distancing measures limit only 2 people to attend the private inspection. This includes the Agent and their buyer/tenant client.

 

How does it work?

Sales teams can enter private inspection date/times and times into the Plezzel platform.  Buyers enquiries receive their personalised automated marketing response where they can select their preferred private inspection time.

When buyers confirm the private inspection date/time an email confirmation is sent to the listing agents and admin team/s. Staff can login to the platform to view and manage private inspections.  Sales Agents can use their CRM based viewing app (or Plezzel Mobile App) to manage attendees at the inspection such as confirming interest, contract requests and accepting offers.
