One Voice Customer Support
As a new member of the team, Jake is eager to join us as a support analyst. His background in customer service and a keen eye for detail has given him the skills to properly analyse the needs of our clients and approach the situation accordingly. As someone who spends a lot of time working with computers, Jake has also built up a multitude of IT skills that will aid him in his role.
In his spare time, Jake enjoys hitting the gym, and grabbing a beer or two with his friends on the weekend. Jake is also an avid gamer, dabbling in anything multiplayer that lets him play with his mates.
