Steven Wheeler brings an abundance of experience managing teams and providing technical solutions to his new role at Plezzel, as our Client Support Team Lead. He is passionate about customer service and thoroughly enjoys finding appropriate solutions to relieve technical issues or improve processes for both organisations and clients. He does this well with his extensive experience as a support engineer.

In his spare time, you can find Steve playing musical instruments and mountain biking.
